I phoned Corey to ask him about the approximate value of a parcel of land I owned in Muskoka. I did not know him from before and had expected him to come up with a ball park figure to 'get me off his back'. Instead he went the extra mile to research and send me a detailed report within an hour of the initial conversation about what I could expect as a realistic listing price.
