Aesthetic nice office but Terrible quality care. Showed up for a Saturday appointment to adjust my filling and when I arrived no one was there. I traveled over an hour to get there. In addition, the quality of work is poor I got a filling that came out refilled and some of the composite was hanging over preventing floss, hence the reason for the sat appointment.
This was my first time coming here and it was amazing! Ms. Nicole and Dr. Carter were the most helpful and amazing people. Ms. Nicole made me so safe and welcome, and even made me feel like I was her best friend. The place is also so clean and cozy. They give you the wifi password along with a complimentary drink of La Croix. Dr. Carter was also very helpful and answered all of the questions I had in an understandable and clear manner. I will definitely be coming back.
to say that I was impressed with the service that I received, would be an understatement. The front desk team was amazing, the initial exam went smoothly. Jazmine, Dr Andrews were the professionals they were trained to be. 5 stars+.
