The worst, rude lady inside Mexican lady she's the worst!! Had a snarky attitude, doesn't listen to what you say when responding and we paid 500.00 for them not to help us. We hadn't file yet I came in to sign paperwork, but then said couldn't help after the skinny white lady told us a different story and went in the back to hide. We did all the paperwork and everything. So there should not be a file fee, so we may have to do a claim against them if we don't get out money back. Be careful of this one.
There is a receptionist/assistant there that is quite rude and really unhelpful. We had scheduled a consult, which went very well. The actual lawyer is a helpful and knowledgeable man. His assistant was an absolute horror to deal with. Condescending and rude comments, belittling with no real answers to questions. It was easy to get up and walk out after dealing with her. I am taking my business to someone who doesn’t treat people like they are a bother to their time.
He. Knocked mine out almost 7 years. Ago very good and fast cheaper then anyone else ill prolly. Have to go back and have him do another one . its crazy how jacked up you can get your self into in 7 years. Just trying to take care of it first.
This bankruptcy was as painless as they come. Mr. Smith and his staff are all not only immensely competent, but kind and patient. The fees were reasonably and clearly explained. I would without hesitation recommended Mr. Smith for your bankruptcy needs!
