be careful, sales guy on the phone makes promises, didn't watch my order. I picked up and paid OVER $1000 for parts. The "labourer" is all I can say as he is not a tech. Although 20 years of service. Absolutely butchered the used roof assembly for a MINI vehicle. I wrote and spoke with GM, he was rude and dismissive of "his guy", who needs to hang up the wrenches for his totally improper removal of the promised used parts.
