Walked in at 11:45 to have blood drawn. Was “greeted” at the desk by who I assume was the phlebotomist with a waving hand saying she was at her quota with 2 people in the waiting room. If I wanted to wait it would be after 12:30. Excuse me? I’m sure this is the customer care Corewell wants to have!!!! I will NEVER return to this outpatient lab nor will I recommend it!! Extremely POOR customer service!
My favorite lab to get my labs done—receptionist is always pleasant and the phlebotomists are excellent and friendly. Very convenient location for me with close parking. Thank you!
Been going to this lab for years. Recently its been horrible- they completely messed up all the labeling on my draw tubes and my doctor had to order an entire new test/panel due to their error. When I came back, no phlebotomist showed up for 45 minutes upon opening- they didn't have an answer and everyone had to leave!
The front desk rep is doing everything that she can. There needs to be a second phlebotomist working at this location. Everytime I come and per majority of the reviews the wait times are so bad. It’s understandable with the obgyn right upstairs sending women down that need the blood drawn at a certain time. Either assign another lab tech or coordinate better with the offices schedule upstairs.
