I went to this facility for a blood draw for a lipid panel my cardiologist requested. I have lousy veins, I know that. I was poked 4 times. the first was done but did not provide blood for the sampling. Second was in my hand which was successful. I was informed that the script was on read correctly and that i would need to be poked again, this time in the other hand. Again, no success. Excellent doctors, caring staff,quick to respond
Tech was quick and was in and out. Very disappointed with the overinflated pricing and the billing department. Charged almost double the Medicare fee schedule. Make sure to get a good faith estimate and price around . Better experience with Henry Ford
Was told wrong information by 2 employees, and I'm highly upset because I could have done my samples in the office verses going home and coming all the way back, lack of professionalism on the 2 employees part. 😡
