I came here to get a repeat blood draw and they drew my quantifieron TB test but staff never told me they don’t actually draw it at this location. Staff reviewed the orders at the front desk and then staff that did the blood draw reviewed the orders and not a single person told me that I am not able to get this test done here and proceeded to draw my blood without saying anything. Good
Not a good experience with the staff. They forgot 2 of my labs so I had to come back and then they were very slow. I would go somewhere else if you are in any hurry.
This is such an efficiently run facility. But more importantly, staff are kind as well as professional. Thank you so much.
They did a precision poke and didn't have to search around. Probably won't even bruise. Well done!
