Went for a CT today at Cath Lab. Unprofessional, no personality with patients!!!! If you were a coworker I'll chat it up with you all day. They did not work with my disabilities at all. I was told to arrive at 6 am at registration we were told the Cath Lab opens at 6 am, well 6:30 comes around and someone finally opens the door. I told my nurse I had meds to take for my prep she said well I hope you have them because we don't have them here. Not a serious Hospital to be going to if you have something major illness.
My nurses have been absolutely amazing! The doctors listened, the nurses listen, no complaints. Mckenzie and Ingrid I would want on my case any time I come in! Absolute peaches🥰
I want to start this by saying this hospital (& mainly their ER head doctor at night) is extremely lucky that my family and I were too concerned with my health to actually sue them. This past March, I went to Corewell Trenton’s ER at 3 am because I was having a severe gallbladder attack (wasn’t even my first one but it was my first hospital visit for it since i had no idea what was happening). One star ⭐️ indicates 20% approval. An option for 0 stars needs to be created, which better reflects the Corewell Trenton Emergency Department. I used to receive stellar care from amazing staff at this hospital. As of June 2026, I will not ever return to this Emergency Department.
