This place is a joke! A vet would be a better choice
If you value your time and sanity, you should avoid this place at all costs. From eternal wait times, to not returning calls, there is nothing good about this practice. If they had any decency they would shut themselves down.
Incompetent providers who will misdiagnose and continue having you come back for “check-up” visits. Save your health and your time - go someplace else.
I really didn’t care for my doctor at all. Highly recommend elsewhere if you have the capabilities.
Between mixing up paperwork a couple times, accidentally running the wrong test, neglecting to follow up on issuing referrals a couple times, and generally having limited to non-existent knowledge on a variety of issues, I’d suggest you go elsewhere if you want real medical attention. Severely sub par as far as primary care professionals are concerned. I will give one star for friendliness though. Zero on basically everything else.
I get everything done here from out-side standing order blood-work draws for the U of M , Diabetes management to cold, flu , cuts,bumps bruises X-rays & pneumonia. Hands down 1 of the Best Medical centers I have ever been too!! Highly Recommend Dr. Hamel his staff & UMS for all your medical needs :)
This place deserves zero stars but it wouldn't let me post a review without giving them one. On average a normal yearly visit takes hours because you have to wait 30 minutes for them to even call you back form the waiting room. Then you see a nurse for all of 5 minutes just to wait 45 (sometimes longer) just to have your actual doctor come back. They also are horrible with faxing over information. 10/10 would recommend never coming here.
