Would give 0 stars if I could, wish I read these reviews before I visited this office. I saw Dr. Ashwini Shadakshari because she was the only Rheumatologist within 100 miles that accepted my insurance. I received the worst service, no interest or care in my problems, at one point she even chuckled and said "Good luck" because she doesn't know what's wrong, and told me to go back to the other specialists who sent me to rheumatology - just trying to pawn me back off to someone else. Listen, I’ve been going here for at least seven years for Dr Questa. He has now since retired even before he retired. I would say two years before this office has been an absolute tragedy. They do not answer the phone. They are so rude so nasty. Disgusting. They always talk to you disrespectfully they even be hollering at you The worst Customer Service ever I actually run my own doctors facility and I would never speak to patients the way that they speak to patients they literally have me in tears. A new rheumatologist to this rheumatology group offered to see me promptly because of some severe symptoms in my colon. However, when I called to make an appointment, the front desk woman was extremely rude and made inappropriate assumptions about my motive for seeking care. She overrode the doctor’s offer to see me promptly and said that they would not see me at all. This woman was arrogant and self important and had no right to do what she did. I’ve since found a better rheumatologist who employs helpful people.

I do not recommend it at all, and the people working with it have not answered any calls for months. I have been trying to contact them to refill the treatment for my mother. No one answers. Very bad surface.
