Clearly marked parking, the receptionist acknowledged me immediately and helped me find the lab. Then the blood draw was so fast and straightforward. I will definitely be coming here for all future bloodwork
I came in very nervous. Erica and Gail greeted me with with grace that eased my mind. They were both very welcoming and kind. Experienced a lot of warmth and I'm very grateful for the team at the outpatient laboratory of Corewell health Farmington hills.
Called and asked if they can do my blood work they told me usually they stop doing testing for TB at 3 but to come in anyway. I specifically told them I’d be there by 3:10 and I did not want to waste my time if they won’t take me. They told me to come in and then ERICA in the lab wouldn’t take me at 3:07 after I drove all the way there. She said she didn’t care who I talked to or what was said. Avoid this place and avoid ERICA.
Excellent hospital. 💯 I have been treated extremely well. The staff work excellent with each other. I rarely had to put my light on. Ample time to order your food daily with plenty to choose from. Even the extended services that they knew you needed were offered and explained to you. They were continuously cleaning. Excellent care, staff, and atmosphere! 5 Stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
