There was only one lady there and she was very grumpy and clearly having a bad day. I almost asked her if she was ok but kind of scary that I even let her draw my blood - she acted like it was very inconvenient that she had to do her job. Thankfully, she was able to draw my blood fast so I could leave. Please don’t let your bad day carry over to patients who have anxiety about getting their blood drawn and may be having a bad day of their own.
They charged me over $500 just to get a simple blood draw for flu and Covid…

This was my first time visiting this lab location and I think it is safe to say it was my best experience with a blood draw yet! I usually experience pre-syncope symptoms, however The staff was very accommodating and made sure I felt okay through the entire process
