Excellent service. Our primary doctor’s office was unable to draw blood for my teen and recommended this lab. We were able to walk in without an appointment and were in and out in about 10 minutes. The staff were professional, organized, and made the process simple. The doctor had already sent the lab order, so my son only needed to show his ID. Everything went very smoothly.
We went to this lab to get blood drawn for our son. The lady at the front desk and the one who draws the blood was rude, grumpy and very unpleasant. Esp. if you are taking your kids there. My son is a year old and she was very aggressive with him. Not sure what's up with her but our friend had the same experience. There was also a gentleman working there who was a lot more pleasant and kind. The lady was outright angry and rude. There was only one lady there and she was very grumpy and clearly having a bad day. I almost asked her if she was ok but kind of scary that I even let her draw my blood - she acted like it was very inconvenient that she had to do her job. Thankfully, she was able to draw my blood fast so I could leave. Please don’t let your bad day carry over to patients who have anxiety about getting their blood drawn and may be having a bad day of their own.
They charged me over $500 just to get a simple blood draw for flu and Covid…
Best lab experience i’ve ever had. So fast! Fran in the lab was awesome.
