I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr. Kolk is our family doctor and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that we have enough information to make decisions that are best for our family. She works efficiently, inquiring to diagnose and get us feeling better as soon as possible. She has been awesome for me and my infant son. Her nurse, Marlin, is kind and always willing to lend a helping hand when I’m juggling a newborn. I am very grateful for the team here!
Worse managed place I have ever seen and yet classified as a Medical Practice. Front desk is rude, uninformed and just plain ignorant and won't listen to patients. They should be sued and exposed for their lack of care but I just moved on to avoid all the conflict. I held back on this review for months until I found out I was not the only patient who was treated so unfairly and especially at my age. If I could leave 0 I would This place SUCKS 25 patients to 4 nurses And there worried about a charting room in ER All ER nurses were loud and obnoxious Wanted to call state of Michigan on all there violations they were made to perform Wanted to leave Was having a hard time breathing and Diabetic was left with 380+ sugar allday
Staff are always helpful. Appointments are easy to make. Dr. Kolk is very helpful.
