Front desk staff are so rude it’s unbelievable, if you’re that miserable and lack that much empathy don’t work in healthcare. Absolutely disgusting
Stay far away from this place if you’re self pay. Went here trying to find a new primary bc my current office is getting increasingly difficult to get a hold of for med. refills. Dr. was in the room for maybe 7 mins. told me she didn’t prescribe adderall (one of my two medications of which, I’ve been on since childhood) and that I would need to be referred out to a psychiatrist in order to get it and they would likely need to see me every three months but possibly monthly in order to stay on it. Dr misdiagnosed me. Told me I has shingles when I only had poison oak or ivy. The medication the Dr there prescribed for me gave me an adverse affect. Now I have bills from the ER caused by being misdiagnosed. Will not be going to this Dr again.
Dr. Albanians is a great doctor she listen to my concern and was very welcoming. But I’m giving a one star for the front desk. I messaged doctor asking to be seen because she said they offer same day and she messaged me to call and make an appointment that she have availability in afternoon and the front desk still said it was nothing available even after me telling me they messaged that they did and then she was very rude and said I’ll have doctor call to make a appointment and hung up in my face.
