At times, this office has been difficult to deal with, but if you remain flexible in your dealings, they turn out just fine. Dr Amanda Morris is possibly the finest I have ever seen for my diabetic care. I am a healthy diabetic (if there is such a thing) thanks to Dr Morris. When you send a message to her with the Corewell app, she answers! I can go on and on, but the bottom line... I am healthier because of Dr Morris.

I had a biopsy performed several months ago, but was never contacted with the results. I have left messages, but they aren't returned. I canceled my follow up appointment, because what is the point of being seen by a doctor who then ignores you? It's all about those physician's fees.

If you can avoid Lakeland Diabetes and Endocrinology, do it. This place used to be wonderful when Deb Vliet was there—she genuinely cared, listened, and made you feel like your health mattered. Unfortunately, since her retirement, everything has gone downhill fast. The current staff seems indifferent at best. It's clear they don't really care about your well-being.
