Left a message for my endocrinologist Dr Ghimire about an injection for my osteoporosis. Never received a follow up call was hung up on, somehow my call was transferred to the hospital. I couldn’t spell the doctors name when the hospital representative asked.They hung up on me. I never did get a call from the injection facility about getting the Zoledronic infusion. At times, this office has been difficult to deal with, but if you remain flexible in your dealings, they turn out just fine. Dr Amanda Morris is possibly the finest I have ever seen for my diabetic care. I am a healthy diabetic (if there is such a thing) thanks to Dr Morris. When you send a message to her with the Corewell app, she answers! I can go on and on, but the bottom line... I am healthier because of Dr Morris.

I had a biopsy performed several months ago, but was never contacted with the results. I have left messages, but they aren't returned. I canceled my follow up appointment, because what is the point of being seen by a doctor who then ignores you? It's all about those physician's fees.
