Why is THIS LAB LOCATION always a hit or miss with timing, services and courtesy? It’s been like that for years. It’s so close to me but there are times, I’m not in the mood to get treated like “they’re” doing me a favor and I’m a bother. Sometimes I’m forced to go to another location.
