Unwelcoming, rude, & unprofessional. I came in with my daughter for blood work they had an attitude the entire time . Wont be back .
Staff was just rude. Not a hello or good morning. Then when she can’t draw blood from me with a needle just sticking out of arm she got frustrated and more rude. Then another lady came to try and draw blood from my other arm. She was more rude than the first staff. Neither one of these ladies have any business working in healthcare with the public. Also note this is not the only comment about how rude staff is
The nurse hurt me and there was bleeding because she couldn't draw a blood sample from my arm, even though the veins are very clear. I told her that I was in pain! She responded by saying, "I'm sorry," but she didn't show any signs of sympathy. I know that in medical school, students are taught how to listen to patients and care for them, showing empathy to help alleviate the patient's pain. Btw, I’m not taking blood thinners or any medication cause me bleeding. Thank god I’m healthy but this visit was for lab work. I would ... read more
