Giving 5 stars solely because Eleana was amazing! I brought my 1-year-old in for his bloodwork and was so nervous, but Eleana immediately put me at ease. She was so sweet, patient, and gentle with my son—he even wanted to sit on her lap while she charted. Unfortunately, the other tech assisting her was incredibly rude. I was doing my best to hold my son still, but he’s a toddler—of course he was moving. My last visit I had a short wait, less than 1 minute. The person that drew blood samples found the vein on the 1st poke. No pain. In and out, a great job. I was back in my car in less than 10 minutes. There is free parking located close to the entrance. Elevator and stairwell close to the entrance door. The lab is on the second floor. The only negative comment is the lab closes early at 3:30 pm.
