Sad, my follow appointment was a waste of my time and should have been done over the phone or with Benson medical supply. If Benson supply knows more about your job and any questions should be directed towards Benson please SHUT your doors. They are only getting 2 stars because the nurse that went over my chart was excellent! If it wasn't for the nurse I would give negative stars.....
My son has had 3 sleep studies and is going on his 4th. (My son has had to have multiple surgeries on his airways and tonsils that why we need them so often) My son has autism and insomnia and the people here have made him feel comfortable and heard every time we have gone. I don't know why this place is rated so low I have never had an issue.
Recently accompanied my daughter to her sleep study & have to say staff was AMAZING!! Friendly, caring, explained everything made us feel right at home. Very clean rooms.
Ummmmm I'm pretty sure the Dr has a fake degree because he has no idea what he's talking about. All he really did is ask me a series of questions. I told him I've been having trouble falling asleep at a decent time and staying asleep and it's only been the last couple years. He said he believes I have sleep apnea....... I'm 31 and 110 lb. What grown adult at a healthy weight randomly develops sleep apnea? I told him I 100% do not and he said he wants me to do an in-home sleep test. So I'm like okay cool. Overall very disappointing. Dr was not interested in hearing recordings of sleep apnea episodes, and instead ordered testing for narcolepsy since the sleep study results came back “mostly” negative. Went somewhere else, was treated for sleep apnea, and have never felt better. It was also very difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone to schedule appointments or get results. Only positive was the kind front desk staff.
