Very good place
I made an appointment through MyChart and didn't have to wait too long. The phlebotomist Jill was awesome! Very nice and I didn't even feel a thing! Very good experience.
We came at a busier time so we were prepared to wait. Wait time wasn't too bad, 30 mins. The problem came when they drew my son's blood. It was his first time ever getting blood drawn and he was visibly very nervous. The nurse confirmed his name and birthdate upon entering the room. She was nice and friendly and talked about how he was nervous. I distracted him during the process, turned his head, and luckily it was done quickly. Before they became Corewell this place was great. But they past several times I’ve had to come for lab draws for either myself or my child it has taken hours, and I e been here probably five times this year for lab draws. Do you know how hard it is to be in a lobby with a 2 year old for hours? No one enjoys it. The best I can offer is we come here because we tried ascension labs twice and they messed the labs up each time. At least Beaumont(corewell) will get the labs right.
