I had an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at Corewell Health Labs during an H. pylori breath test approximately one month ago. The first phlebotomist who initiated my test was very kind and professional. She explained that I first needed to blow into one collection bag, then drink the solution provided, and then wait 15 minutes before collecting the second breath specimen.
