Greater by 3 lab techs all slouched in the chair at the front desk. All on their phones I believe only one said agreeing to me when I walked in. There was no wait, explain what I had to have done.What I needed to do.And it was done and over.
The service is unsatisfactory, as the laboratory uses only expired tubes. I cannot recommend this facility.
My daughter has routine bloodwork with her physical done at this lab, which is in network with BCBS. The coding was completely wrong, and the whole claim was denied. It has been impossible to get on the phone with someone, and when I do, they are rude, not helpful at all, and almost threatening on sending us to a collection agency. The moment I was told we had a balance I started calling the lab, insurance, and provider to get this matter settled. Typical Terrible Corewell Health Lab experience. We arrived at 4pm and the office was completely full. Upon walk in the woman said 30 minutes to an hour wait as she was the only person there. We decided to wait it out. That poor woman was doing the very best she could. Performing test, handing the front desk and entering information. This review of 1 star falls on the lap of the terrible management that would allow one person to work by themselves in a setting like that.
