I love corevibes. I started as a complete beginner with Lynn Ellen who made me feel welcome and really took the time to help me understand and love Pilates. I love Jennifer’s fun, fast-paced, and challenging jump board classes. I also really enjoyed Paula’s sessions. All three instructors I’ve taken classes from are incredible teachers and make sure you understand the different movements and get a great workout. The studio is beautiful and very clean. Very thankful for this place!
I use the Theralight 360 at Core Vibes at least once a week. It is the most relaxing 15 minutes you can imagine! I don’t totally understand the science behind red light therapy but I do know it just makes me feel better! Hopefully it is helping with my aging skin.
I have been a client at Core Vibes for around 20 years. The classes are small and personalized to your individual abilities so everyone can benefit from the well-trained instructors. Come meet the friendly regulars in the most beautiful studio in the region!
