This place is awesome. If you want a gym with good energy (shoutout REBECCA at the front desk) this is the one for you. It’s low key and has all necessary functional/dynamic equipment (racks, sleds, tires, gymnastic rings, etc…). Also give Rebecca a raise thanks bye
"I'm thoroughly impressed with this gym! The owner is super friendly and welcoming, and the entire team is always ready to lend a helping hand. The atmosphere is positive and supportive, with a community of nice people who make working out enjoyable. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, and the staff is always happy to provide guidance or instruction if you need it. I am still new to Delaware and have been actively seeking a gym to join, after several gym visits I am opting to join CoreTen. Rebecca was amazing, super flexible and I look forward to joining and training with her! I will update this review in a few months!
