I'm not being paid to say this...But this has to be one of the best kept secrets in Richmond. Its a small gym, but its dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Everyone there is encouraging even if they dont know your name. People motivate one another. Ive formed gym relationships in the past 1.5yrs that help push me when I dont feel like it.
