Here we are ringing in a new year and with it we all tend to make resolutions to be healthier, work out, and lose weight. These are absolutely great goals that are worth working towards; but if I may say so, I believe they are actually life habits that are well worth incorporating not only in January and possibly into February for some but throughout the entire year and should be a way of life.
