Exceptional Fitness and Wellness Facility and Community! I joined recently since the price for adding my husband to the membership was so reasonable AND this is now part of the national Y network. This means that our membership allows us to go to any other Y in the country that belongs to the national network. Since we travel to see family and just for fun, this is a big bonus. Some of the worst continued customer service I have witnessed. Jaz (this is what I was told her name was) was closing the pool area Friday evening on 2/20 and as I was putting my shoes on she walked up and asked me to leave - I was putting my shoes on…? The pool closed at 7:30 which is 30 minutes before the club closes, and this was at 7:31, I understand you need to clear the area but there’s a way to treat customers. You need to change your hours for Saturday and Sunday to 5am for $62 a month this is bullshit!
