IDK HOW YOU GUYS LET A SUPERVISOR WHO CRASHED A MACHINE GET AWAY WITH IT BUT ONE OF YOUR COWORKERS ACCIDENTALLY HAD A ACCIDENT AND YOUR GUYS FIRST THOUGHT IS FIRE HIM. NOT EVEN GIVE HIM A SUSPENSION OR WRITE UP OR ANYTHING BUT WHERE IS THE SAME ENERGY FOR YOUR SUPERVISOR STEVEY!! APPARENTLY IF THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR LEVEL YOU GUYS FIRE THEM BUT IF THEY ARE ON YOUR LEVEL YOU GUYS DON’T CARE AND LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!!
Unjust termination. This company fails to adhere to its own policy guidelines and fires employees based on personal bias, lacking ethical standards. The supervisor is dishonest and disrespectful. If this company continues this way it will end in a lawsuit
