I had a great session! Larry is a great listener and very understanding. He explained why he was doing what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very honest about how he could help me and very good about following up afterward to check in.
The session helped me reframe my inner dialogue in a way that feels empowering and actionable. Overall, I felt supported, safe, and seen throughout the entire process. I’m already noticing subtle shifts in how I approach food and stress—and I’m committed to reinforcing those changes. I’ve also started experimenting with small changes in my daily routine and it’s both grounding and refreshing.
