I'm a yoga instructor with them and they owe me $226. They mailed my check to my personal mailbox and it got lost. Since then, they are refusing to reissue the check
I’ve given CorePower a significant amount of loyalty for well over 4 years and couldn’t break my membership without paying $165. I guess this company needs my money more than future loyalty. I won’t be back.
Never sign up for a membership!! You will never get out of it happy!
Have not signed up for a membership or stepped foot in CorePower Yoga in 9 months. They randomly billed my credit card without my consent. Unethical practices. Not fit to offer wellness practices to anyone. What business does coke-a-cola have in operating a yoga studio?
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received regarding my membership cancellation. I paused my membership without knowing it would automatically charge me again in a few months and as I have not attended any classes, I called to see if I could get a refund and they refused to give me a refund to my account and insisted that they could only provide me with studio credit.
