I applied to their BIPOC Schloarship program for their Teacher Training program. I understand not everyone can be selected, however, I have applied three separate rounds and got declined three times when I met all of the criteria as well as being a low-income person of color who has also been a dedicated CorePower member for years. Corepower's 'Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council ' should all be reevaluated for their ideologies in their selection process especially to repeat, dedicated applicants. Have not signed up for a membership or stepped foot in CorePower Yoga in 9 months. They randomly billed my credit card without my consent. Unethical practices. Not fit to offer wellness practices to anyone. What business does coke-a-cola have in operating a yoga studio?

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received regarding my membership cancellation. I paused my membership without knowing it would automatically charge me again in a few months and as I have not attended any classes, I called to see if I could get a refund and they refused to give me a refund to my account and insisted that they could only provide me with studio credit.

Try calling or contacting this company to cancel your membership, they will not respond but will continue to charge you. Have made multiple attempts to contact CorePower Yoga via phone, email and website portal as directed by the company recorded message. No response to any of our inquiries. Working with the state attorney general. They’re using Covid-19 as a reason for not answering the phone.
