I genuinely enjoy exercising in this studio. Since I started coming, I could find the balance to do sports in a busy routine, without seeing it as something stressful or overwhelming. They have lots of types of training, each of them are different but they all focus on breathing, posture and challenging yourself. The trainers are lovely. I am happy I discovered this place 💛
I have been to many core plus’ before but wowwww this one is the winner! The mat room’s window views and ceiling are just stunning! My hot yoga class was absolutely everything I was looking for (instructor Natasha five stars!!) Yes yes yessssssss to fueling my heart n body at this gorgeous place
Staff are absolutely lovely . Clasess are challenging and dynamic . Bathroom facilities are fantastic. I find the CorePlus space a very Calming and inviting space. Right down to the calming music they play in the change rooms at pre and post class times . I highly recommend core plus north Melbourne over any other studio in the North Melbourne area
Big fan of Core Plus North Melbourne!! There are so many classes each day that I no longer have excuses for not making class. The venue is super clean and well presented, the equipment top notch and the instructors are knowledgeable, experienced and run varied, interesting classes. I also love that they have special touches from time to time, like a fruit soda for Valentine’s Day.
