So excited Shannon has opened her own Pilates studio! She is THE best teacher and most knowledgeable about all things "body". Her physical therapy base provides you a whole new experience during classes and/or one on one sessions. Studio is modern, large, bright and fresh! Look forward to coming to class for a new challenge every time!
