It’s a great and uplifting environment with all women. The workouts are hard but I’m in the best shape of my life. There are small group and personal training options and open gym if you want to come and work out on your own time. Allison is well versed in nutrition and hormones so she can help with that as well.
Best place to workout!!! Always changing never the same old boring routine and you will always be challenged! Great group of girls that become like family! Best decision I ever made was to come workout here!
I’ve given many traditional gyms and fitness studios in WBR and EBR a try and Corelogix is hands down the best. They have the best teachers that will motivate and help you reach your goals.
