Excellent Doctors and Good Service My wife has been going to this clinic for two years. She first saw Dr. Kumar, now Dr. Murphy. Both are excellent physicians. Wait has always been relatively short, physicians spend as much time as necessary with each patient. Staff has been good about doing referrals and prescription renewals by phone. Recommended.
Overcrowded! This doctors office is a doctors office that my family has been going to for a long time. I think that the doctors at this office are very informative and that they take care of their patients individually and pay a lot attention to what your illnesses are but the girls that work at the front desk ruin the reputation this office has. They are very immature and very rude and treat the patients very poorly!
Fast Service I have been treated at this location several times over the last 3 years and I haven't had any problems with overcrowding. I was very happy with the visit overall and thought they were fast to see patients. PROS: Good Location CONS: Professionalism of some staff
Great office but too many patients! I have started going to this office when my other doctor's office became to difficult to get into. While the first couple visits were great and flawless, as time goes on it gets worse and worse. I personally think that while the drs are very friendly and knowledgeable, they have way too many patients and always seem to be in a hurry to get and out of a visit. I would like this place much more if they would just spend more time with their patients. Maybe the receptionist overbook their days... read more
only see Dr. Minton Only see Dr. Minton. So far there has been no complaints about waiting time, but I've always waited for my appointments, even up to 2 hours. Which to me is a good indicator, because it means that the doctor does not rush his patients out. His front desk however is horrible. Nor very friendly, just short and to the point. Alexandria Primary Care Assoc I went to this practice on the recommendation of friends when our insurance plan changed. While the doctors we ok, the admin/billing/front desk staff are horrible. The doctor I chose as a PCM no long works there and no one bothered to tell me. So, that has caused billing nightmares that are going on 7 months! I've changed practices because, for me, it is just as important to have a helpful, professional, competent admin staff as it is to have a good doctor. Highly recommended I have been seeing Dr. Assesor for about a year and a half. I have always found that she takes the time to answer my questions. even takes the time to discuss with me information I have found on the internet that relates to my health issues. Dr. assesor also helped me find other doctors in the area (I am new here). I rarely have to wait for the doctor. One time it was a 20 minute wait. The front desk staff have always been pleasant and helpful.
Dr. Deluna I originally started going to this office when I could not find one doctor in 43 that could diagnose my problem, fibromyalgia. She did after a few visits and although it is a difficult thing to figure out and treat, she has gotten it under much better control. I highly recommend her. The nurses I have worked with over the years have also been good, and professional. Girls working behind the desk, for the most part good.
