I’ve been coming here for a few months now and the environment has completely changed! The staff is very helpful and create a wonderful atmosphere. The whole team is very inspiring, pushing towards my goals, truly have turned it around!!
CoreLife’s appointment cancellation policy is extremely unfair. I called ahead to let them know I was running a few minutes late, but since you can’t call the office directly, I had to leave a message. When I arrived, they had already canceled my appointment. What makes this worse is that at a prior visit, I sat waiting at least 5–10 minutes before the doctor saw me. Apparently, my time doesn’t matter, but if I’m the one delayed, my appointment is gone.
