I have been going to CoreLife for several months now and have lost 32 pounds. I didn’t lose weight quickly like I have before, but with eating and diet changes I plan for the weight to stay off. The trainer in the gym is awesome: she’s nice, keeps the workouts fresh and accommodates my aches and pains!
