Very poor experience. Were unable to complete GLP1 application process and refused to help me in earnest with the appeal process. Got it approved but not because of anything they did or didnt do. Lots of motion. No progress. I was excited when I first signed up with them but their arrogance (especially that of the nurse practitioner) got in the way of my best interest and accomplishment.
