Do not waste your time going to Core life in Bowie or any CoreLife. I have tried to call there billing department on multiple occasions and no return call. For 6 months they billed me private pay 316. 00 with out asking me about, without any written agreement that I agreed to pay. When I called my insurance and found out what I found out that they were billing for HTN for almost a year a my BCBS paid the bill. Then the last 6 mths they used the wrong billing code. I am very disappointed in the service provided to me by the Huntersville location. My insurance company and I have been waiting for a response from the PA team but have gotten no response. This is very unprofessional. Telling us that someone will call but never does is not acceptable. I have been waiting for a call since August 21st.
I was and am still excited to start the program after being referred by my Dr. However, I've had significant issues trying to get my paperwork link sent to me after calling 3 times over the 2 weeks leading up to my appt. I missed my initial appt based on not having the paperwork. I've called 2 additional times since to reschedule and no one has returned my call.
