My first appointment at core life started off pretty well. They weighed me and did a cool Scan. The provider was very nice, but I didn't think the goals were very achievable, and I did not feel like they did an adequate job getting to know me and my health history. After I finished that appointment, I met with James, the physical trainer. He is quite possibly the least professional personal trainer I've ever met.
