Core Life helped me get back on my health and wellness track when I really needed it. As an overweight / obese person since childhood, I have tried many diet / exercise / wellness plans over the years. Core Life advertises the 4 discipline approach which coordinates medical treatment, nutritional guidance, behavioral health support, and exercise. It is one of the best programs I have encountered.
