I LOVED this gym. I’m a traveler therapist so I’ve been to many gyms in many areas but this has been an absolute favorite. Great place to go where they really take the time to motivate and teach you. Great for all levels and they really challenge you to push yourself. Bella and Chris are great coaches and I can’t wait to be back to the area to get back to these classes.
Chris and the members are very warm and welcoming. The workouts are intermediate and everyone is very helpful with form and technique. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is serious about consistent workouts.
Great place to get a full body workout, great people and a trainer that knows his stuff. This place is for all shapes and sizes and allows you to go at your our pace no matter your skill level, it will work your whole body.
