Great gym with effective programming. I dropped in on a few classes here while in town to keep up my training. Classes are challenging and get the job done. Trainers are a great balance of motivating, funny, and professional, while ensuring you’re using proper form and appropriate weights. I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to improve their fitness and see positive improvements in their physique.

I LOVED this gym. I’m a traveler therapist so I’ve been to many gyms in many areas but this has been an absolute favorite. Great place to go where they really take the time to motivate and teach you. Great for all levels and they really challenge you to push yourself. Bella and Chris are great coaches and I can’t wait to be back to the area to get back to these classes.
