Just a great gym! Has everything you would ever need to accomplish your fitness goals regardless of the type of training you do. Everything from open gym, 24-7, strength, cardio, group classes. You name it they have it. And Atheena the owner couldn’t be easier to deal with!
This is truly a diamond in the rough. Most gyms are stale and boring, but the owner of Corefit 24/7, Athena, brings a special energy and community to her gym. You will find a wide variety of unique gym equipment tailored to every type of workout and fitness plan. The trainers (shout out Rick and Brennen) are super friendly and knowledgeable. From hard core heavy weight lifting to specialized training for Seniors, this place has it all! It's a great gym and an even better community.
Great gym with a very wide variety of equipment. Been working out here for two years and I still love it.
