Matt the owner is awesome. This gym is perfect for beginners but also more advanced lifters. I can get in and out of a workout in an hour without waiting for machines or squat racks to open. Side note the gym was also really clean which is important to me. Overall impressed with the gym and its staff.
Best Gym in LKN Area! Phenomenal Gym w/out the fluff. Matt, the owner is extremely customer focused & also works out here so ensures it’s a gym he wants to work out at … the staff are friendly & legit …. they’re strength & conditioning experts….who also train here. I work nearby which is extremely convenient however on the weekends even though I live 30 minutes away I drive by a myriad of gyms to work out here on Sat/Sun.
Best gym in the area. 24 hour access, great monthly rate, great ownership and awesome staff. Never too busy to use the equipment you need.
I have been going to this gym for a few months now. It has all the equipment I enjoy, never too crowded, and great pricing. Also would recommend Kate's massages. She does a fantastic job. Great gym in the LKN community!
