Just went cash my mom’s check and they gave me a hard time and then it took 20 minutes to cash. The tellers are not polite at all.
Heather, who works at the drive through is so sweet! She always gets me exactly what I want, is smiling even when she works alone, is fast and efficient. You better keep her! Better yet, give her a raise!
Been with corefist for 12 years great service would not switch banks for anything if you have a problem you may have to go to main bank on Topeka but they will fix it may GOD bless all of them from everything they've done for me
Been banking here for at least 10 years. The customer service is not good anymore, whatsoever. As someone who works in the service industry, there’s no reason to act annoyed when someone comes to your place of work. Fake a smile till I’m gone at least. Very disappointing.
