I went to court first because I had a lot of small bills and wanted them to be turned into larger bills. They had no problem doing this and did so without giving me a hard time. The transaction went very smoothly and the lady was very pleasant.
Went in today to get a paper with my account and address. The lady was not nice at all. Not a friendly welcome or exiting. Not even a smile. I won't visit this location anymore and it was my first time here. Customer Service needs to be taught to her or she shouldn't be dealing with people.
Just went cash my mom’s check and they gave me a hard time and then it took 20 minutes to cash. The tellers are not polite at all.
