I was a little weary of trying this since it’s been a while since I’ve taken any group classes (I workout on my own), Also, it was the first time in the last 4 years I’ve even attempted to take a class since I’ve had 3 surgeries on my wrist. Such a beautiful studio! I love the mega pros and the instructors are so nice and welcoming! I loved getting to take a legit LAGREE class. The workout was awesome and true to the Lagree method! 🤗
Purchased an introductory 3-pack for the studio to get a feel for it and OMG I couldn't have asked for a better instructor for my first LAGREE class. This was extremely hard, but even more rewarding. Ileana's energy and reassurance was what kept me going.
