Amazing class! Farshad was super attentive to form and offered helpful corrections throughout. He really pushed me and made sure I got the most out of the workout. By far one of the best (and most challenging) classes I've taken!
I’ve been going to Corefire for years and they have been amazing from the beginning. All coach’s bring the heat and properly guide you through the movements to feel an intense burn. They answer any and all questions you have and are super friendly. It’s a great community to be a part of.
