Terrible business with even worse customer service. They list parts for sale on ebay (in my case the ebay listing said they had over 10 available), and then a day after the ebay order is placed, they cancel the order and say the item is out of stock. I placed a phone call to their "customer service" department and explained my disappointment in this buying experience. I called to check status on a Control board the Rep there name Diane was very rude she sounded very irritated to why I was explaining that the control board was sent back to you guys and she was quick to say it’s not our fault send a shipping label to us if you want the control board mind you we are going through a home warranty.
This so called business is a joke . I own a very reputable appliance repair company and I saw core centric as a way to get around discontinued boards. That was a dream , they are 100% bogus . And I even paid for overnight shipping to get a control board sent back to me in worse working condition than the one I sent to them . Do not do business with this company. I ordered three refurbished ceiling fans from them (through Amazon) and non of them worked. Lost the money i paid to the electrician to hang them and then turn around and have to take them down because they didn't work. Requested a return which was done at my expense to the tune of $180 which they refused to reimburse me for even though they were being returned because they were defective.
