This is a great Lagree studio and a great fitness asset to Fort Lauderdale. The owner/instructor Erica Leonard is fabulous and is very experienced at teaching Lagree.
Best workout in Delray! 10/10 recommend.

The space is clean, calm, and inviting. Alexa is an incredible instructor—knowledgeable, encouraging, and always attentive to form. Her classes are challenging yet accessible, and she creates such a positive, welcoming vibe.
This was the Pilates studio I was looking for! It was challenging and fun! Alexa was a great instructor and I will definitely be back. 🤩
