The only and best lagree studio in Broward. Each class will set your core on fire and leave you sore. If you’re serious about your fitness and want results, core954 is the way to go
This is a lagree studio with *heart* - I've been to a few studios and there is no place like Core954. Phenomenal community. Very warm and welcoming. All of the instructors are top-notch, I appreciate that they are not pushy at all. Your practice is your practice. Erica (the owner) has decades of experience, puts pride in her work and it shows. This is a great Lagree studio and a great fitness asset to Fort Lauderdale. The owner/instructor Erica Leonard is fabulous and is very experienced at teaching Lagree.
Best workout in Delray! 10/10 recommend.
