Katie was very easy to work with and provided me with an in person estimate within days of initial contact. Her team showed up promptly on the agreed upon start date and completed the project with no issues in less than 2 days. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and the care taken to prevent drywall dust from being distributed throughout my house when the final sanding and finish was being completed.

I have used Core3 three times-once for a basement refinish and twice for repair work. Katie is quick to respond to questions and her employees dependable, kind and respectful. Prices are very reasonable!

Why wouldn’t you use them? Very few companies don’t in some way disappoint these days in numerous ways. Core 3 was by far the best company I’ve dealt with in many years. It all comes down to the business owner and Katie is clearly on her game. Her communications was beyond spectacular, she kept me informed every step of the way and let her Site Manager Sean do what he does very well, gets things done to a quality level that you expect. Katie was amazing! She showed up next day from initial contract and had a quote done within a day. Her guys were fast and clean. We had an entire basement done within a few working days. She coordinated everything from dumpster, deliveries and pickup as well as inspections. I’ve never felt more confident to recommend a contractor than after my experience with Katie and Sean.
