very nice staff , my appointment at 12 pm but i checked at 11am and i got dock right away . drivers can check in on QR code
The set up for this place is bad, if you come to pick up or deliver, park on the street and check in with the QR code in front of the company
fast checkin system. no problem with back up.
Easy check in scan the bar code pre check in first or if you want to be in person go in side follow driver check in sign i have appt 9 am check in 7:45 am get text msg with door 8:30 am pretty quick but very tight spot to back up don’t send new babies here you need to be back up blind spot
Park on the street and scan QR Code for check in. DO NOT DRIVE INTO DRIVEWAY AND CHECK IN Call the number on the call box for gate to open. Option 1 will get you someone to pick up quick. Tight docks, some will require you to suicide in unless you back in from street. Overall my loading experience here was good. Unlike the reviews Appt for 1400 checked in at 11:00 was called for a door at 12:30 loaded by 13:30 Office staff, and warehouse were all very kind and helpful thru out the whole time.
