It is clear Teresa takes time to plan her classes, down to every detail. She thoughtfully prepares scripture with encouraging & motivating words and always has props, essential oils, a prayer journal and more available to each student. Her intention to share the gospel comes across naturally. The space at First Christian Church Community Life Center bldg is perfect! There is a large, well-lit parking lot, and the yoga room is very spacious but cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this class.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Teresa is and how awesome this class is. I have done other yoga classes but this is so wonderful !!
It is a wonderful place to do yoga. Christian base workout with music and devotions during the class.
