Although they may have provided my child support, as the Alienated Parent, with full shared decision making as well as to be named on and provided records, when I finally learned of treatment by this facility I was treated as a subhuman. It had taken over 3 weeks to produce documents and I was floored by the response to "may I speak with Anna". My daughter and I were relatively new to this practice, and I was so SO grateful that my daughter liked her therapist Anna...however the office staff was so absolutely awful to deal with. They cancelled me 40 minutes before my first appointment due to some glitch (or someone forgetting to enter our appt in) and when they called to cancel they had no alternative appointments to offer at that time AND were extremely rude, to the point that I was actually crying. I wasnt going to leave a review but idk im still shocked tbh I tried scheduling an appointment earlier this year with grace and they said she wasn't avalible till September, so I said I would wait np, she matches my diagnosis it's worth the wait right? I filled out all the paperwork, sent it in, all good. September comes and I never got an email or call, so I call to check in.
