Avoid it. I was undermined and miss treated. How do you expect to learn spinning just by cycling one day for four hours in a row?
Best gym in Etobicoke, and maybe even in all of Toronto! Such a great, positive environment, they work within what you are capable of, while still motivating you to push your thresholds. Clair is incredible! Would definitely recommend, I have gotten so much stronger since working out here!
It didn't work for me 1. Instructor ask me about my experience and I explained that I was a cyclist, so she replied that I came for the paper (?!) 2. During the classes she was giving stars to other members and none to me, like they were doing super good, when in fact this was a class TO LEARN, not to evaluate. 3. The last session of 4 or so we stay in the bike for 4 consecutive hours, with no previous endurance training on the course, only few tips here and there for training 4. Fantastic place to work out. The staff are amazing! Incredible options for all ages.
Let me tell you, because everyone at this place is so damn knowledgeable, I got my freaking butt kicked, because they walked me through every exercise step by step, and made sure I was doing everything correctly, I actually used the right muscles, and now my whole body is on fire. The workouts were challenging, and got me moving, and even with prior injuries, they had no problem modifying the exercises, so that I still felt like I was accomplishing something, without injuring myself further.
