I took Scotts free intro call and signed up for his classes. Nice guy. Makes you comfortable with the whole idea of pounding someones face in. His combat cardio class was more of a workout than it seems to be at first. LADIES YOU NEED TO DO THIS.

I knew I needed better self-defense skills when I was supervising an inmate work detail at the state prison. I was confronted with an angry inmate serving time as a sexual predator. He didnt like taking orders from a female, and had a mop in his hand which I knew could be used as a weapon. Self defense is something I never imagined learning as a life survival skill. It has given me confidence in myself as well as awareness in whatever environment I may be in. Twice while traveling abroad, I found myself in situations when all the basic fundamentals came back to me instantly and avoided imminent potential threat or harm.
